For people with temporary disabilities, the Tourist Office can provide two wheelchairs. This service was made possible thanks to our partnership with the Fondation d’Entreprise Prévadiès (mutual aid fund).
For the hard-of-hearing equipped with a hearing aid, a magnetic loop amplifier enables you to communicate directly with reception staff at the desk. Several of our reception staff are also trained in the use of French sign language.
Tactile maps with braille, including sound systems, allows all visitors to find out tourist and practical information on the city of Metz (screen magnifiers and speech synthesizers for details of information).
The Metz Tourist Office website is also designed to be perceivable, operable and understandable by all web users, whatever Internet browser they are using: desktop browser, braille browser, vocal software.
