Mirabelle flan

For 6 people

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 g. destoned mirabelles
  • 20 g. butter to grease the tin
  • 125 g. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 25 cl. milk
  • 100 g. sugar
  • 50 g. butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

To prepare:

  • Using the butter, grease an oven proof dish and arrange the destoned mirabelles
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs and sugar until smooth
  • Add the warmed milk, salt and melted butter
  • Pour the mixture over the mirabelles
  • Put the dish into a hot oven and leave to cook for 35 to 40 minutes
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve while still warm
