Mirabelle flan
For 6 people
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250 g. destoned mirabelles
- 20 g. butter to grease the tin
- 125 g. flour
- 4 eggs
- 25 cl. milk
- 100 g. sugar
- 50 g. butter
- 1 pinch of salt
To prepare:
- Using the butter, grease an oven proof dish and arrange the destoned mirabelles
- In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs and sugar until smooth
- Add the warmed milk, salt and melted butter
- Pour the mixture over the mirabelles
- Put the dish into a hot oven and leave to cook for 35 to 40 minutes
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve while still warm
