Mirabelle crumble
For 4 people

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500 g. mirabelles from Metz
- 50 g. caster sugar
- 50 g. butter
- 50 g. flour
- 50 g. ground almonds
To prepare:
- Place the sugar, ground almonds and flour into a mixing bowl
- Mix together then add the butter cut into small cubes
- Mix quickly with the fingertips until the mixture forms tiny balls
- Wash and dry the mirabelles, halve them and remove the stones
- Divide the mirabelles into 4 small individual dishes
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the fruit
- Place into a pre-heated oven at 210°C (gas mark 7) and cook for 15 minutes
- Serve hot or just warm
