Stop-overs and city breaks

Mirabelle and quetsche clafoutis

For 4 people

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 90 g. sugar
  • 60 g. flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 45 g. butter
  • 150 g. soured cream
  • 750 g. mirabelles or quetsches

To prepare:

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt
  • Add the flour, cream and melted butter
  • Mix well and add the fruit
  • Grease an oven proof dish, pour in the mixture then cook in the oven, gas mark 6, for approximately ½ hour
