Mirabelle and quetsche clafoutis

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 90 g. sugar
- 60 g. flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 45 g. butter
- 150 g. soured cream
- 750 g. mirabelles or quetsches
To prepare:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt
- Add the flour, cream and melted butter
- Mix well and add the fruit
- Grease an oven proof dish, pour in the mixture then cook in the oven, gas mark 6, for approximately ½ hour
